I’m the opposite lol I think I have 9 cable boxes in my house. 6 just in my bar and wine/cigar room. I LOVE CABLE BILLS!
you go big baller! lol f cable boxes and cable, not a fan but then again I am not a big TV watcher and genuinely don’t give a shite if I have 300 channels or 50
thats the shit part, I only watch sports (or whatever Housewives show is on Bravo at the time) so I bet I don’t watch more than 20 total channels and I have a $200+ DTV bill. I have this sports bar theme TV wall in the basement so I can watch 5 streams at once spread across 8 TV’s down there via a Matrix switch. A couple years ago if you wanted the hockey, NFL ticket, etc I didnt have a lot of options, but now it seems like you can still get all the sports packages for all games without having a cable subscription. I just wonder how many streams you can watch of that at the same time. Like, for MLB could I watch 5 different games at once? or will it only stream to one device at a time?[/quote]
That is a good question. In order to run 5 games at once via the MLB app you’d probably need to “cast” via Chromecast from a web browser each stream. I think for that specific purpose you might need to keep the cable. YoutubeTV has the capacity to splice into 6 accounts at once but not from the same device.
