Hello, My name is Kevin and I stumbled upon this through a post on a friends Facebook page and it looked cool.
I’ve been building and repairing PC’s for the past 17 years and have been a big PC gamer since the original Doom and Wolfenstein days.
8 years ago I got into web development and have been constantly working on expanding my knowledge and keeping up with new tech and trends.
Some games I’m playing now are League of Legends, Hearthstone, PUBG, Cup Head, Oxygen Not Included, Duelyst and DBZ Fighter.

Howdy and welcome! I have been into building websites since 1997 so if I can offer any advice let me know. I had also been playing games since Wolfenstein on my Commodore 64 🙂 but now the only games I play are with my son. Usually Minecraft. I recently started to tinker inside of PC’s as a result of resurrecting an old workstation for my son. If you would like to share what you are working on or have worked on I’d love to hear about it. I started a What is your current PC topic here https://www.michaelbakerdigital.com/forums/topic/whats-current-pc-mac-power/

I’ll have to find the pics and specs for some of the PC’s I just built for my friends. I haven’t done an upgrade for myself in a while so my hardware is pretty dated.
DBZ Fighter was a lot better than I was expecting, now I just need to actually get good at it lol.

Welcome, Kevin, nice to meet you 🙂
Fellow Wolfenstein/Doom series fan here as well – and I also used to enjoy cobbling PCs together back in the day, although I haven’t done that for years.
Check out the book “Masters of Doom” by David Kushner, it’s about the story behind the creation of Doom and the lives of the people involved in it. It’s one of only two books in my entire life that I immediately started reading again from the beginning as soon as I’d finished, because I was so fascinated by the story.
Anyway, welcome! 😀

I will have to check that book out, I’m trying to challenge my self to read a book a month this year so I will add it to the list.
