I have a lot to say about it but then again I’ve never tried to manage a billion people. From this disaster niche communities will pop up (like this one) and so will the emergence of new tech because people will need a new escape. VR is perfect for that and I bet Zuck is already there waiting while this thing folds.

lol f cable boxes and cable, not a fan but then again I am not a big TV watcher and genuinely don’t give a shite if I have 300 channels or 50thats the shit part, I only watch sports (or whatever Housewives show is on Bravo at the time) so I bet I don’t watch more than 20 total channels and I have a $200+ DTV bill. I have this sports bar theme TV wall in the basement so I can watch 5 streams at once spread across 8 TV’s down there via a Matrix switch. A couple years ago if you wanted the hockey, NFL ticket, etc I didnt have a lot of options, but now it seems like you can still get all the sports packages for all games without having a cable subscription. I just wonder how many streams you can watch of that at the same time. Like, for MLB could I watch 5 different games at once? or will it only stream to one device at a time?[/quote]
That is a good question. In order to run 5 games at once via the MLB app you’d probably need to “cast” via Chromecast from a web browser each stream. I think for that specific purpose you might need to keep the cable. YoutubeTV has the capacity to splice into 6 accounts at once but not from the same device.

Like so much about virtual reality, that idea is still mostly a promise. The technology has yet to become popular with consumers, for many reasons—headsets are bulky, expensive, and silly-looking, and the VR experience doesn’t always look or feel all that real.
Debevec and others working on VR see light fields as a potential solution for that last problem.

This is my primary tool but it does take a keen eye these days to see wtf is what. I haven’t been jacked in a lonnnnnnnng time. My kid gets hit every now and then but I am teaching him all the tricks and he GETS it. So many scams these days.
You should see the assclowns that sign up on here and the security I have to have in place to prevent the spam scum of the earth from entering. It’s been up for what 2 weeks and I’ve have dozens of bots and idiots try to post
