Well, apparently that motherboard doesn’t support that ram,

and to enter you bios screen, you have to hit the delete key

but I don’t think that will help you, since DDR2 automatically runs at 667 on that motherboard.

Did something similar, cut all cable tv, phone, dvr from my internet bill. Between the bill & electricity saved (over $80.00 a month), I was saving close to $300.00 a month!

It could be F1, F2, F10, Del, Esc

and yes, overclocked ram will make it run hotter, it should be 50 – 60 celcius
